Budget chain Travelodge said its hotels already have sold-out venues near next year’s Taylor Swift concerts.

Fans are already clamoring for tickets to the superstar’s shows.

Hotels in Edinburgh, Liverpool and Cardiff are full, as are some venues near Wembley ahead of dates next summer.

Superstar tours, such as this year’s Beyonce and Harry Styles concerts, helped it deliver mid-year results, with earnings up nearly 50 percent.

Group-wide sales rose 22.4 per cent to £478.7 million in the six months to 30 June.

Interim results show Travelodge’s underlying profit up 48 per cent to £104.5 million, boosted by demand for concerts and events, with the group expecting full-year figures to be higher overall than in 2022.

Six Nations rugby, the Grand National and the London Marathon were also big sales engines.

Revenue per room, a key performance metric, rose 20.7 percent to £54.92.
