Taylor Swift is ‘part of the Chiefs Kingdom’ says Kansas City owner Clark Hunt… as pop star prepares for another season of supporting boyfriend Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift is an official member of Chiefs Kingdom.

Billionaire Kansas City owner Clark Hunt confirmed that the Love Story singer is “definitely” part of the family, almost a year after her relationship with tight end Travis Kelce.

“First of all, we are so happy for Travis and Taylor – what an amazing couple,” Hunt said this weekend at an Athletes in Action event in Ohio.

‘It’s nice to have her like this now [a] big Chiefs fans,” he added, noting that his family had been fans of the hitmaker for a “long time.”

Hunt further noted that Swift’s involvement with the reigning Super Bowl champions has created a “great storyline” for the NFL.

Less than six months after the couple started dating in the summer of 2023, Swift flew halfway around the world after a concert in Japan to cheer on her boyfriend during his third Super Bowl win in Las Vegas earlier this year.

She continued to show her support for the team and recently stayed up late during a tour of Europe to tune in for the Chiefs ring ceremony.

‘She’s in Liverpool this week and a few nights ago we had a ring ceremony, which she stayed up for, it was about 4am in Liverpool, and she sent a message on social media using the word ‘we’, so she is definitely part of the team’s kingdom,” Hunt added.

The 14-time Grammy winner took part in an Instagram Live during the event, hosted by wide receiver Mecole Hardman’s partner Chariah Gordon.

“JOIN THE PARTY FROM LIVERPOOL LET’S GOOOOOOOO,” the chart-topper wrote in the comments.

“YESSSSSS,” she added, before congratulating Hardman on his contract extension, “AND WE GET ANOTHER YEAR OF MECOLE.”

The singer quickly went to bed in preparation for her second night at Liverpool’s Anfield Stadium.

“I need to go to sleep, it’s so late here, I love you guys,” she signed off.

Meanwhile, Kelce flew solo at the event and opted for a bold, red ensemble.

The outfit consisted of a suede red blazer and matching red pants, along with white sneakers and a ‘TK’ chain around his neck.

“Smooth operator baby,” the athlete was heard saying as he walked the red carpet.

When asked what inspired the ensemble, Kelce replied, “Chiefs Kingdom, baby.”

Fans would be forgiven for thinking that Kelce may have taken a page out of his girlfriend’s book, who became synonymous with the color red after releasing an album of the same name in 2012.
