Taylor Swift is on her way to the Super Bowl! Singer boards flight to Las Vegas to cheer on Travis Kelce vs the 49ers after stopping off in LA
Taylor Swift is finally ready to complete her long journey to the Super Bowl this afternoon after boarding a flight from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
Swift landed in California on Saturday after wrapping up her final Eras Tour concert in Tokyo and making the 5,500-mile journey across the world to see boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII.
The singer and songwriter likely chose to make a pit stop in LA, where she owns a property, because NFL rules prevented her from spending the night with Kelce on the eve of the big game.
And just hours before her husband takes the field at Allegiant Stadium, Swift was spotted boarding her flight from Burbank, Los Angeles County, to Vegas for the final leg of her long journey to the Super Bowl.
Despite leaving Japan at 9:30 PM on Saturday evening, she arrived in LA earlier than when she left – thanks to the time difference, she landed at 3:35 PM on Saturday afternoon.

Swift returned from Japan after a busy week with four sold-out performances at the Tokyo Dome – the last on Saturday night.
The pop billionaire is also fresh from winning a record-breaking fourth ‘album of the year’ Grammy – presented at a glitzy ceremony in LA as Kelce, 34, arrived in Vegas ahead of the Super Bowl.
As she prepared to land in LA on Saturday, Swift was once again followed by Jack Sweeney – despite her lawyers threatening the student with legal action.
Sweeney, a 21-year-old junior at the University of Central Florida, has run a number of accounts that track the flight paths of planes and helicopters owned by celebrities, billionaires, politicians and other high-profile figures.
One such celebrity is Swift, who has been criticized for her use of private jets due to the planet-warming carbon dioxide emissions released on each flight.
In addition to monitoring her movements, Sweeney’s report also documents the amount of CO2 Swift’s private jet has produced, which has led her lawyers to threaten a lawsuit for “stalking and harassing behavior.”
But despite the threat of legal action, Sweeney is still following Swift’s every move as she travels from Tokyo to Vegas.
The student shared photos of her private jet landing in LA, along with the flight number and even alleged messages exchanged by the cabin crew during the flight.
He also claimed that all documented emissions for Taylor’s trip to Vegas should be doubled since VistaJet, the airline that flew her to the Super Bowl, also flew a backup plane with her.
Using publicly available data, Sweeney’s accounts also share their planet-warning emissions estimates – with the college junior confronting Elon Musk for the first time in 2022 for sharing his plane’s data.
As she makes her final trip from LA to Vegas, Swift heads to Allegiant Stadium to take her seat for the game alongside Jason and Kylie Kelce.
Swift and Kelce’s families will share a Super Bowl suite this Sunday, a new report has confirmed, after the Kansas City star spent “well over $1 million” to reserve the seats.
Kelce joked earlier this week about “losing all the money” to make sure his family and friends could watch the game.
And according to TMZHe fulfilled that promise with Taylor’s parents Andrea and Scott, his brother Austin and his girlfriend Sydney, sitting with Travis’ parents Donna and Ed, brother Jason and sister-in-law Kylie.
