Swift recently released her vault song When Emma Falls in Love, which fans speculate is about Emma's whirlwind romance with her now husband Dave McCary.

As the bona fide queen of Easter eggs, Swift fans speculated that her performance could be confirmation that her directorial debut isn't far away.
Last year, Variety reported that Swift would direct a film for Searchlight based on a script she wrote.
Searchlight presidents David Greenbaum and Matthew Greenfield told the outlet at the time, “Taylor is a once-in-a-generation artist and storyteller. It is a real joy and privilege to work with her as she embarks on this exciting and new creative journey.”
The multiple Grammy Award winner made her 2021 short film directorial debut with All Too Well, starring Teen Wolf's Dylan O'Brien and Stranger Things' Sadie Sink.
The rumor was that it was about her relationship with ex Jake Gyllenhaal, who dated Swift when she was 20 and he was 29.
