Taylor Swift lent her voice to an inspiring new Olympics promo, promoting American stars Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky and Sha’Carri Richardson.
The NBC video paid tribute to the female athletes who dominated in the pool, on the track and on the gymnastics mat this summer in Paris.
“Never be afraid to show who you are,” the singer can be heard saying, while a re-recorded version of her hit Style can be heard in the background.
‘Especially when the whole world is watching. Because there’s no way to be the best. No way to inspire everyone who will ever follow you. You do what you love. You love what you do. You believe in your style, whatever it is.’
The video featured footage of Biles, Ledecky and Richardson, who all took home medals this week.

The video featured clips of Simone Biles, Katie Ledecky and Sha’Carri Richardson competing against each other
“Katie, Sha’Carri, and Simone,” Swift continued.
‘Three American stars, three different visions of greatness, tonight in Paris.’
It comes a week after Swift showed her support for Team USA by providing the soundtrack for another amazing music video.
“I can’t wait to scream at my TV and cheer these athletes on,” the Love Story hitmaker captioned a post on her Instagram Story.
An emotional video was released featuring stars like LeBron James, Noah Lyles and Sha’Carri Richardson, while her song Ready For It played in the background.
However, the promo featured a live version of Swift singing the song from her album Reputation, which was recorded during her 2023 Eras Tour.
Of course, Swift’s girlfriend Simone Biles also appeared in the clip.
“Are you ready?” she asked at the end of the video.

The Grammy winner has close ties to Team USA, particularly the women’s gymnastics team and Biles.
In 2021, she paid tribute to the decorated gymnast after she withdrew from several events at the Tokyo Olympics.
In response, Biles wrote on social media: “I’m crying, how special. I love you @taylorswift13.”
Swift responded, “I cried when I looked at YOU. I feel so lucky to have seen you all these years, but this week was a lesson in emotional intelligence and resilience. We all learned from you. Thank you.”
The singer also promoted Biles’ teammates Suni Lee and Jade Carey after being forced into action due to Biles’ mental health issues.
Swift’s history with the Games dates back to 2008, when NBC invited her to perform at the Olympic Games in Beijing, China.
Although her Fearless Tour schedule got in the way of the event, her song Change was prominently featured in promotional videos.
“I wrote the song ‘Change’ as an underdog story. It’s kind of crazy to think that the Olympics chose that as one of the songs to play at the Olympics,” Swift told The Boot at the time.
NBC had previously tapped Swift to provide the soundtrack for another promo video
