Taylor Swift got the NFL and even trashed the Netflix series “Quarterback,” according to Patrick Mahomes’ father.
Swift has been to a number of Chiefs games this season since she went public with her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, via his game against the Chicago Bears in late September.
Since then, the singer has befriended Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick, and has also met his family at NFL games.
And Mahomes’ father, Pat, revealed that the singer told him how much she’s learned about the game since meeting Kelce.
‘She’s down to earth. “I walked up to her and introduced myself to her, and she said she knew who I was because she had seen the Quarterbacks series,” he told Starcade Media.

“She’s sober and took a picture with me and my wife and also a picture with me and my daughter, so I mean she was genuine. Every time I hang out with her, she just acts like a normal person.”
The Quarterbacks Netflix show documented the lives of Mahomes, Kirk Cousins and Marcos Mariota, with cameras entering their homes and documenting life outside the game.
In the only interview she has given since going public with Kelce, Swift said she enjoyed cheering on the Chiefs this season.
“Football is great, as it turns out,” she told TIME magazine. ‘I’ve been missing something all my life.
“I’m just here to support Travis. I have no idea if I’m going to be on screen too much (on television) and bother some of the dads, Brads and Chads.”
Swift could head to a cold Buffalo this weekend to cheer on Kelce, Mahomes and the Chiefs against the Bills in the playoffs.
She was at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City on Saturday night when the Chiefs defeated the Miami Dolphins.
