Taylor Swift fans set social media alight as her nemesis Scooter Braun gets ‘dropped’ by Ariana Grande after 10 years as her manager: ‘Can we finally get a Tayriana collab?’

Fans appeared to rejoice on social media on Monday following the news that Ariana Grande had severed her professional ties with manager Scooter Braun after a decade.

Grande, 30, decided on Monday to break off her business relationship with Braun, 42, and his company SB Projects. Billboard reported, after a decade of six albums she released.

The social media feedback seemed to support the Positions artist in her business decision – which came as Demi Lovato also parted ways with Braun – with many citing that Braun got a deserved reward following his controversial 2019 purchase of Taylor Swift’s master recordings.

Another user defended Braun, saying, “Karma for? Buying Taylor’s songs was purely business and she still ended up on the right side, it’s not that deep.’

One user said Braun will be ‘unemployed soon’, while another commented, ‘Scooter is losing all its customers, oh I never thought I’d see this day coming.’

One fan shared a meme of Swift snacking with the caption, “EVIL IS DEFEATED.”

Some social media users speculated that Grande and Lovato’s rescue from Braun’s management company could be a harbinger of bad news on the horizon for the music executive.

“All his customers are leaving him, so something is up,” said one user. They all seem to jump ship before the bad press dies down. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?’

Another speculated: ‘I wonder what happens…’
