Although she’s recently acquired new celebrity friends like Sophie Turner and Brittany Mahomes, Taylor Swift hasn’t forgotten her old pals.
The 33-year-old donated two of her concert tickets to a charity auction hosted on Wednesday evening by Selena Gomez, with whom she has been close for 15 years.
Selena, 31, who reportedly entered treatment after suffering a breakdown in 2018, was raising money for the mentally ill.
Taylor lent a helping hand by offering tickets to her massive Eras Tour, which has proven to be a financial powerhouse pushing the pop superstar ever closer to billionaire status.
Fans have been eagerly snapping up tickets to the shows, and the trend took hold at Selena’s auction, where Taylor’s tickets fetched $15,000, according to TMZ.

The gala was held in Hollywood and was attended by Martin Short, who stars in the critically acclaimed Hulu sitcom Only Murders In The Building alongside Selena and Steve Martin.
Martin started bidding at $5,000, but demand for seats at Taylor’s shows has grown so astronomically that tickets eventually fetched three times that amount.
HER delivered a musical performance at Wednesday’s Beano, which featured an array of celebrity guests including Sofia Carson, Colton Underwood and Benny Blanco.
Selena’s friend and kidney donor Francia Raisa was also on hand to indicate that their recent feud has come to an end.
Taylor and Selena have been friends since 2008, when they were both teen stars dating two different Jonas Brothers.
In the intervening years, Selena had a long-term romance with Justin Bieber, who married Alec Baldwin’s niece Hailey in 2018.
The month after Justin married Hailey, Selena reportedly suffered a breakdown due to her lupus and sought treatment for her mental health.
Selena has been open about the fact that she has been diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions, namely bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression.
