Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s rumored date restaurant in Connecticut is flooded by singer’s fans … but it’s unclear if they were there
Elm, a restaurant in New Canaan, Connecticut where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are said to have dined, was swamped by hundreds of the singer’s fans on Thursday.
Witnesses told it Page six On Thursday, âa huge crowd of Swiftiesâ surrounded the eatery after a fan account reported that the Shake It Off singer, 33, and the 34-year-old Kansas City Chiefs were dining there with actress Blake Lively, 36.
âThere were loads of young people outside the restaurant trying to peek in,â a source said American weekly.
It was not clear if the three stars were ever present, Page Six reported, as they did not enter or exit at any point.
Sources told the outlet that employees at Elm had to “lock the back door” amid the frenzy of fans hoping to “catch a glimpse” of Kelce and Swift, who both appeared on Saturday Night Live last week.

Witnesses told Page Six on Thursday that “a huge crowd of Swifties” surrounded the eatery after a fan account reported the Shake It Off singer, 33, and Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, were there with actress Blake Lively, 36. were dining.
Some people “tried to force their way into the restaurant,” insiders told the newspaper, adding that police and fire department officials showed up in an attempt to calm things down.
During the process, the restaurant set up a cashier outside to take delivery orders in an effort to keep people out of the building.
The restaurant would not comment on whether they would host the high-profile dinners.
Their Instagram account featured a number of posts and reposts referencing the stars and the crowds their alleged presence attracted.
American weekly reported the rumors as a “hoax,” with a source telling the outlet that Swift and Kelce’s accusations were the result of a pair of stuffed dolls, dressed as the stars, that were tied to a lamppost in the area.
The dolls that looked like the stars were to advertise the Scarecrow Fest event held by the Young Women’s League of New Canaan.
According to Page Six, Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds own a home that is “less than 15 minutes from the restaurant,” making it possible she could have been there.
Kelce’s presence was more unlikely on Thursday as he practiced with the Chiefs in their hometown of Kansas City, Missouri, ahead of their home game Sunday against the visiting Los Angeles Chargers.

She was spotted at Kelce’s game against the Jets in New Jersey on October 1, with famous friends like Lively, Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Sophie Turner.
Swift was back in Kansas City to cheer on Kelce in his game against the Denver Broncos on October 12. The Chiefs have won all three games she has attended.
