Taylor Swift ‘a part of the family’ at Kansas City Chiefs and hope the hype around Travis Kelce relationship ‘keeps going’, says coach Matt Nagy

The relationship between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce has been welcomed throughout the Kansas City Chiefs organization, according to Matt Nagy, the star man’s offensive coordinator.

The tight end’s relationship with Swift has led to a meteoric rise in the Chiefs’ global popularity, with Kelce and his team boosting their newfound fame by winning the Super Bowl last season.

“There are so many people around the world who are worried right now, partly because of Travis/Taylor,” he said.

“It’s definitely rare, I mean you’re talking about Taylor Swift and Kelce and Patrick,” he said. ‘I know Patrick and Kelce as the people they spend with at various concerts, golf venues, etc. I know them on a daily basis.

In total, she went to 13 Chiefs games last year, including the Super Bowl in Las Vegas – where she drove back from completing four Eras Tour dates in Tokyo, Japan to watch the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers.

Next year, Kelce and his Chiefs will aim for an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat after back-to-back wins in football’s ultimate game.
