The actress, 30, turned heads in the striking black oversized wrap maxi dress, which she paired with opaque tights and patent heels.
Taylor styled her long dark locks in a neat wavy hairstyle, accessorized with two chunky gold chains and wore a pair of hoop earrings.
Harry and Taylor continue to fuel rumors that they are back together after the actress was spotted near the singer’s home in Hampstead in August.
It was reported that she had split from the Watermelon Sugar singer, also 30, in May after a year together, although this was never confirmed.

Harry and Taylor were last seen together on a public bike during a make or break trip to Tokyo, Japan, in April.
Later in May, Taylor appeared at the star-studded Met Gala in New York without Harry, who remained across the Atlantic in London.
Friends have since claimed the couple had chosen to end the relationship after spending time together in the Far East.
A source said The sun at the time: ‘Harry and Taylor have ended their relationship. They went through a difficult period after their trip to Japan and distanced themselves from each other for a while.
‘He’s been to America and she’s been to London. They made a beautiful couple and it was clear that Taylor made Harry happy.
“However, lately things have become tense and they have taken some time off.”
The reported split came after a ‘besotted’ Harry was said to be ready to start a family with the actress.

The four singers arrived at the church separately as they joined friends and family of the 31-year-old for a poignant final farewell.
Harry, dressed in black, arrived at the funeral in a BMW. Niall attended with his girlfriend Amelia Woolley, while Zayn arrived shortly after Louis.
Zayn was the first to leave One Direction in August 2015 due to ‘stress’ after pulling out of the group’s world tour. The band officially announced their split in January 2016, breaking the hearts of millions of fans around the world.
Harry wrote on Instagram that he was “truly devastated” and will “always miss him” after the tragic news.
He wrote, “His greatest joy was making other people happy and it was an honor to stand next to him as he did that. Liam lived wide open, with his heart on his sleeve, he had a life energy that was contagious.

Following Liam’s death, his One Direction bandmates said they were ‘completely devastated’ and will miss the singer ‘terribly’.
In a joint statement, Harry, Niall, Louis and Zayn said they were ‘completely devastated’.
“In due time, and when everyone is able, there will be more to say,” they said.
“But for now, we will take time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, whom we loved dearly.
“The memories we shared with him will be cherished forever. For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends and the fans who loved him alongside us.
‘We will miss him terribly. We love you Liam – Louis, Zayn, Niall and Harry.’
