Taylor Lautner proves he’s still in great shape as he flexes an arm… after winning raves for telling haters their mean words have no ‘value’ whatsoever
Taylor Lautner showed off his toned arms in a photo shared to his Instagram story on Thursday.
The 31-year-old Twilight franchise star flexed his left bicep after returning from a trip to the gym, adding graphic text to his photo to encourage his fans to “get it.”
The artist, who recently joked about sharing a name with his wife, kept it casual in a tank top and athletic shorts as he posed for his photo.
While he seemed to take pride in his athletic prowess, Lautner recently opened up about being the target of negative comments about his appearance in a video shared on his Instagram account.
The Abduction star started his clip by expressing that he was in a positive frame of mind before coming across the comments.

“I just got back from running. I felt really good about myself and tried to stay healthy both physically and mentally… when I came back from that run, I jumped on Instagram,” he recalls.
Lautner then showed several comments shared to criticize his mature appearance.
The actor also highlighted several posts about his supposedly receding hairline.
The artist went on to state that he would likely have been heavily influenced by the comments during his younger years.
“If this was ten years ago, five years ago, maybe even two, three years ago, that would have really gotten under my skin. It would have made me want to just go in a hole and not go out,” he said.
Lautner said that over the years he had matured as an individual and was less concerned about the public perception of his image.
The artist stated, “My worth was in the wrong things. You find value where you put it.’
