Taylor Auerbach: Bombshell twist in topless photo drama between ex-model Tziporah Malkah and the Channel Seven insider at the center of Bruce Lehrmann’s defamation case as new police complaint emerges

The sacked Channel Seven producer, who admitted distributing a topless photo of Tziporah Malkah to the media, once filed a complaint against the former model, claiming she had posted “disturbing” images of him without his consent.

Taylor Auerbach, 31, filed a complaint four years ago, accusing Ms Malkah of posting “very intimate” photos and information about him on social media. Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The photos are said to have been taken at Ms Malkah’s Kings Cross apartment on December 24, 2019.

Mr. Auerbach alleged that Ms. Malkah posted “an intimate image… without my consent or knowledge” to Instagram and Facebook about 24 hours after visiting her apartment and then also shared a “damaging” video.

Fired Spotlight producer Taylor Auerbach (pictured) has filed a complaint against Tziporah Malkah after she allegedly posted intimate photos of him online in 2019

He filed an official complaint with the eSafety Commissioner on December 27, 2019.

‘I have since managed to delete the image. However, the person has uploaded another separate video of himself on Facebook, which describes very intimate and sexual information about me and which also violates my privacy by stating my name, age, profession and place of employment,” Mr. Auerbach’s complaint states .

“It is not only intimidating, but false and defamatory and deeply disturbing and damaging to me.”

Mr. Auerbach also indicated in his complaint that he did not want action taken against the former model because he felt it was “so fragile/volatile.”

Referring to the saga when Ms Malkah spoke to The Daily Telegraph in January 2020, she said the pair had gotten together and she had taken a few photos – which he was not happy about.

“Yes, Taylor and I had a brief one night thing. We had known each other for a while because he was after me for a story,” she said.

“He asked me to take them down, which I did. He clearly didn’t want anyone to know we were together. And honestly, I never heard from him again after that. That’s a bit mind-boggling.’

Last week, Mr Auerbach, 31, dragged Ms Malkah into Network Ten’s defamation suit against Bruce Lehrmann when he was questioned about his ‘hatred’ of his former friend and colleague Steve Jackson.

In its explosive 2,300-page affidavit, the Seven Network alleged the expense of lavish dinners, cocaine and Thai prostitutes for Mr Lehrmann.

The trial also heard details of Mr Auerbach’s briefing campaign against Mr Jackson’s appointment as chief spin doctor for NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb last month.

Part of that campaign included sharing topless photos of Ms. Malkah, taken during an interview she gave to Mr. Jackson and Mr. Auerbach at her home.

Mr Auerbach, whose explosive 2,300-page statement alleged the Seven network covered the costs of lavish dinners, cocaine and Thai prostitutes for Mr Lehrmann, waged a vicious briefing campaign against the appointment of Steve Jackson as chief spin doctor for NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb last month (the former friends and colleagues are pictured together)

Auerbach admitted in open court on Wednesday that he had shared the images without Ms Malkah’s consent.

It has now become known that the model, formerly known as Kate Fischer, has filed a police report about the images.

“An individual I was once vaguely acquainted with has decided to use images of me in his personal vendetta against a former male friend and colleague of his,” Ms Malkah told The Sunday Telegraph.

‘I felt it was my duty to immediately report this activity to the police.

‘The experience is deeply personal, hurtful, frightening and humiliating.

“I am deeply angry and hurt that I was unwittingly made complicit in one man’s vengeful, hateful act of revenge against a former friend of his.”

Ms Malkah previously told the newspaper she was “at her lowest point” when the photos were taken on Christmas Eve in 2019.

The former fiancée of billionaire James Packer had met Mr Auerbach and Mr Jackson at a pub that day to discuss a story about one of her properties.

The trio returned to Ms Malkah’s Elizabeth Bay address, where she later took off her top and was pictured sitting next to Mr Jackson on her sofa.

The images were distributed to journalists last month.

Mr. Lehrmann’s lawyer, Matthew Richardson, asked Mr. Auerbach whether he had been involved in the distribution of semi-naked photos of a woman sitting on a couch with Mr. Jackson.

‘Is that true?’ Mr. Richardson asked.

“Yes, sir,” Mr. Auerbach replied.

The lawyer then said to Mr Auerbach: “So you sent those photos to media organizations, right?”

‘You have not received permission from the woman in question for this. Did you know that you were aware that it is a criminal offense to send photos to third parties without permission?

“No,” Mr. Auerbach replied.

This is not the first time Ms Malkah has been the alleged victim of revenge porn.

A man she knew leaked a nude video to television networks in May 2018.

The ’90s star said her naked body was barely blurred by television stations broadcasting the images without her consent.

‘Shock, betrayal, humiliation… how could this happen? This can’t be real. How can this be legal?’ she told the court in 2022.
