Tamzin Outhwaite showed off her incredible figure as she posed for Instagram photos as she enjoyed a relaxing spa cruise to Hamburg on Sunday.
The 54-year-old actress wowed in a sporty swimsuit as she braved an ice-cold shower after a workout on board.
As she screamed her way through the ice-cold dunk, Tamzin showed off the results of her fitness regime in her white swimwear.
She also shared photos of herself in a blue sports bra and matching leggings as she showed off her impressive flexibility as she stretched out on the deck.
She later hit the gym and wowed fans as she performed a perfect headstand before donning her cozy white robe for a massage and acupuncture.
Tamzin looked to be having the time of her life as she traveled from Southampton to Hamburg aboard the new ship Queen Anne.

She wrote: ‘Had the most energetic yet relaxing trip on @cunardline from Southampton to Hamburg and back.’
‘I booked the Harpers Bazaar relaxation package on the new Queen Anne ship. I had no idea a spa on a cruise could be so impressive.
‘I have had the most incredible massages, acupuncture, facial from @elemis, blow drying and used the spa facilities consisting of different types of saunas, steam rooms, hydrotherapy pools, ice rooms with beautiful relaxation and treatment rooms. There were also many fitness classes. Plus a fantastic gym.
‘To start the year, arriving at a new destination, full of energy and clarity, was exactly what was needed on this journey.’
She continued, “The people were great too. I was completely spoiled, as were all the guests, and I even got to see @heathersmallmpeople perform in a packed theater on board. She was just BRILLIANT!
‘Thank you to everyone who made this trip unforgettable. @kate_lawton_ Big thanks to @tommybrady7 for taking the “sick” photos.”

It comes after Tamzin missed out on the festive Glitterball trophy during the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The soap star teamed up with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin to sing a Viennese waltz to KD Lang’s version of Hallelujah.
However, it wasn’t enough as Strictly’s first ever drag queen contestant Tayce Szura-Radix was crowned the winner.
The Welsh performer, 30, and her professional dance partner Kai Widdrington impressed the judges with a sizzling Cha-Cha to Kylie and Danni Minogue’s hit 100 Degrees before scooping the glittering Strictly Christmas star-shaped trophy.
The drag queen made quite the entrance as she arrived on a sparkling moon hanging high above the ballroom before being lowered onto the dance floor.
Her energetic performance, which included a series of impressive lifts, was awarded four 10s by judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood.
They faced stiff competition from comedian Josh Widdicombe, Irish presenter Vogue Williams, Tamzin, Formula 1 driver Billy Monger and Gladiator star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
