Tamra Judge cried on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday as she responded to Vicki Gunvalson’s claim that Judge’s daughter Sidney was estranged from her as a result of her longtime role on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County.
“You win, Vicki — I don’t know what you want from me but you’re gonna get it — you win, okay?” Tamra, 57, said in a since-deleted post that was reposted on the bravohousewives page on Instagram. ‘You kick me when I’m on the ground, you hurt me all the time, I can’t do it anymore. I don’t want anything to do with this.’
Gunvalson, 62, said on her podcast My friend, my soulmate, my podcast On Monday, it was revealed that Tamra had become estranged from her daughter Sidney, 24, over the reality show, as Sidney “has very strong opinions” about Tamra and her prominent role on the show for the past 16 seasons.
Gunvalson said Sidney told her mother, “Stop making fun of the family, stop what you’re doing” and “stop the show the first chance you get” — and that “Tamra has done none of that.”
Gunvalson said she felt like Tamra’s refusal to step out of the spotlight was proof that Sidney was “not important” to her.

Gunvalson said her approach to the sensitive family situation would have been very different.
“I don’t care about my money, my stuff — I care about my family, my daughter, my people in my life, so that’s the problem,” Gunvalson said. “If my daughter hadn’t talked to me, I’d be on a plane freaking out, knocking on her door, begging her forgiveness, and I don’t even care what I did.”
Tamra, who is recovering from cosmetic surgery, is also mother to son Ryan, 38, with ex-husband Darren Vieth, as well as son Spencer, 23, and daughter Sophia, 18, with ex-husband Simon Barney.
In her response, Tamra tearfully admitted that she was hurt by Gunvalson’s comments about her relationship with her daughter.
“I try so hard not to listen to what Vicki says about me,” Tamra said, “and it keeps coming back to me.”
Tamra said she “couldn’t believe this woman could stoop so low” in her comments about the emotional situation.
“I just can’t believe it,” Tamra said. “Do you know what it’s like to lose a child? Do you know what it’s like? It’s the most painful thing.”
Tamra said of Gunvalson’s insinuation that her situation with Sidney was due to her role on the reality show: “No, it’s not.”

Tamra responded to Gunvalson in a more combative manner on Tuesday in a post on the platform, claiming she “didn’t give a damn” that her former friend was “disgusting in every sense of the word.”
Tamra said, “She wants to come after my family and everything, that’s what she does. I don’t know why she does it. Maybe she needs a little attention, maybe someone needs to pet her like a little puppy, but I’m not going to do that.”
Tamra said her situation with Sidney was still “very tragic and sad” and suggested Gunvalson drop the subject.
“Vicki, go away, leave me alone,” Tamra said. “I’m going to ask you for the last time, leave me alone — no one cares what you have to say, ever — go away.”

Tamra said Gunvalson was actually projecting with her statements, as she insinuated that Gunvalson had “chosen her boyfriend, Brooks, over her own daughter in the past.”
She was referring to Gunvalson’s ex Brooks Ayers and her daughter Briana Culberson, 37, whom she shares with ex-husband Michael Wolfsmith, and her son Michael Wolfsmith Jr., 38.
Briana and Tamra had both advised Gunvalson against pursuing a relationship with Ayers, which eventually ended in 2015.
