Tammy Hembrow has been criticized for sharing a boastful Instagram post about her fit post-baby body, almost two years after welcoming her third child.
The fitness influencer, 29, raised eyebrows on Wednesday when she posted a video of herself admiring her flat stomach in the mirror.
Dressed in a white crop top, the mother-of-three pulled down her shorts to reveal her rippling abs as she pulled a pouty expression.
‘I remember so clearly someone once told me, ‘Your body will be destroyed if you have children.’ Me, three kids later,” she wrote alongside the video.
Tammy continued to gush about her incredible post-baby body in her caption as she dished on her popular fitness app.

“I feel strong as ever,” she began, adding, “It’s such a shame when I look back on that conversation. Every body that gives life is beautiful. I have loved my body through every stage and phase, especially when I have a big belly and can’t see my toes.’
“And just because I love exercise and have continued to do so through all my pregnancies doesn’t mean it works for everyone or is right for you,” Tammy continued.
The Instagram model reminded her fans to “don’t let other people set your standards,” before providing a link to her fitness app.

However, Tammy didn’t receive the overwhelming praise she might have expected, as her post quickly sparked an avalanche of criticism.
One user commented that it was ‘easy’ for Tammy to look the way she does because she is a ‘millionaire’ and therefore has time to work out.
‘Yes, that helps when you’re only 28 and a fitness model! You can’t compare that to the average woman,” someone else wrote, while another added: “Wouldn’t we all look like this if we got paid too!”

‘I hate this weird mentality of telling women this! I’ve heard this with all my pregnancies and as long as you work on it your body will be even better,” one user commented.
‘The same. The body is never ruined. And what terrible things are often said to pregnant women. So weird,” another added.
Tammy welcomed her third child, a daughter named Posey, with her latest ex-fiancé Matt Poole in June 2022.
She also shares son Wolf, eight, and daughter, Saskia, six, with her first ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
