The social media sensation caused a stir on Thursday with her latest Instagram post, in which she showed off her ample cleavage as it flowed from a figure-hugging dress.
In the series of selfies, the fitness influencer, 30, worked out her angles in the red dress, allowing her surgically enhanced assets to take center stage.
She captioned the photos with a simple lipstick kiss emoji, but not all of her fans were happy with what they saw.
Several people expressed concern that Tammy’s new look is a bit on the extreme side.

Someone else chimed in: ‘Not classy with the front. Sad because you’re a beautiful woman.’
‘Too big. Big fan of hers and love her dearly, but jeezzzzz,” someone else said.
‘You would look so good without implants. Please consider removing,” another came in.
However, others loved the images, with one person telling Tammy she looks ‘amazing’ and another saying they ‘can’t breathe’.
Last month, Tammy revealed that she had undergone a breast implant revision procedure while documenting her recovery.
The revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can solve problems created by surgical problems or natural body changes.
Tammy underwent a mysterious surgery in late July and later confirmed that her eight-year-old breast implants were scheduled to be removed and replaced.

In a video, the blonde beauty explained that she decided to have them replaced because she felt “insecure” about the way they looked after they moved due to her gym exercises.
“It’s been a little bit of insecurity of mine for a while, just like how they were sitting and just not doing what I wanted them to do,” she explained.

‘She got [the surgery] done at One Cosmetic in Sydney.
“She’s currently experiencing a lot of swelling and bloating from the anesthesia.”
Her surgery took place just months before her wedding, as she will exchange vows with her partner Matt Zukowski in November.
The couple quickly started planning their wedding just weeks after they got engaged in December after three months of dating.
Despite concerns about them running down the aisle, the couple told Ny Breaking Australia earlier this year that they are “very happy” together.
However, others loved the images, with one person telling Tammy she looks ‘amazing’ and another saying they ‘can’t breathe’.
‘So good. Very happy. I couldn’t be happier,” they said of their shocking engagement.
‘We’re in the middle of wedding planning. It’s not that bad. I mean, I don’t have to do much, I just have to kind of sit there,” Matt added.
Tammy has been engaged twice before, the first time to influencer Reece Hawkins, with whom she shares her son Wolf and daughter Saskia.
In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple split in December 2022 and share daughter Posy, two.
