She filmed herself from her car and explained, “I just finished working out at the gym. Again and again I see people working out and they just go through the moves.

“They just poke around, without any effort or interest in what they’re doing.

She added that it hurt her to see people exercising for an hour with no practical result.

“They’ll train for an hour, but they won’t get much out of that training,” she continued.

“If they don’t make an effort. If they don’t do the work slowly and in a controlled manner and focus on the control of the mind muscles.

“I just see it all the time, and I want you to get the most out of your workouts.

“You don’t want to rush through exercises, you just want slow and controlled movements, it’s super important.”

Tammy has been spending a lot of time at the gym since the birth of her baby Posy in June.
