The fitness influencer hugged her husband on the shore, but it was the placement of her hands that had her fans frothing.
“Baby #4,” one person commented, while another said, “Keeps holding her belly!” It gives you pregnancy vibes.”
One more chimed in: “Baby #4 on the way?” while someone else asks: ‘Another baby on the way?’
However, her fiancé Matt has previously opened up about his infertility.
The reality TV star joined the Back to Reality podcast to talk about the heartbreak he suffered when learning more about his condition.
‘[The doctor] called me because it’s a bit like our lock down phase. And he said, “Hey, Matt, let me know, you don’t have any sperm,” he said.

‘And I thought, “Oh, so I’m low on sperm.” He said, “No, you don’t have any sperm.” And I thought, “Oh, shit.”‘
Matt has mentioned that he may never be able to have children.
“I’m sad for Matt, who wants to have children with the girl he loves in 10 years,” he said.
It comes after Tammy stunned her fans last week by revealing the grueling workout routine she is undergoing ahead of her upcoming wedding.

The fitness influencer and Matt, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and will tie the knot in Byron Bay later this year.
Tammy shared a series of loved-up selfies with her boyfriend on Instagram, revealing the pair are already planning a special wedding night.
‘Just a tall man and his little girl. We’re in the middle of planning our honeymoon (and wedding), but any idea where we’re going?’ Tammy wrote in her caption.
The jet-setting couple got engaged in the Maldives at the end of last year, before jetting off to Greece and Bali for luxury holidays in recent months.
Tammy recently spoke out about the online backlash she received after her wedding invitation was leaked by a handful of influencers.
“You guys may know that my wedding details were accidentally leaked online recently,” she said in a TikTok video.
