Tammy Hembrow has reflected on the infamous moment she collapsed at Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday party.
Photos emerged of the influencer lying face down on a stretcher and being placed in the back of an ambulance outside the trendy Delilah nightclub in West Hollywood in August 2018.
And Tammy talks in this week’s issue Stellar magazine how the experience marked a low point for her.
“I kept telling myself there’s only more possible from here,” the 29-year-old explained to the publication, adding that she had only had “one or two” drinks when it happened.
“It was a very dark time and I had to shut out the trolls and the hate I was getting,” she added

Tammy documents the experience in her new book, Show Up, and says she wanted to be honest with her fans.
“People look at my social media and think, Oh, she’s trying to be perfect, but I’m the least perfect person ever. I wanted to show that I’m a real person,” Tammy said.
At the time, the fitness guru cried on camera as he viewed the alarming photos that showed her being carried face down on a stretcher from the bash.
Reflecting on the incident, Tammy blamed her lack of sleep for her horrific collapse at the club.

“First of all, I just want everyone to know that I’m doing okay… So yeah, I pretty much collapsed. To be honest, I’m super embarrassed about it already,” Tammy explained.
‘I probably, definitely, shouldn’t have been drinking because of the jet lag and the fatigue I had and I already wasn’t feeling well.
“So what actually happened was I was in LA and went almost 30 hours without sleep. I had trouble staying awake, even when I got my hair and makeup done…I could barely keep my eyes open.”
Tammy also discussed her grief following her split from the father of two of her children, Reece Hawkins, in the emotional video.

“I’ve been throwing myself into work a lot more than ever before and I have my kids working most of the time…literally non-stop,” she explained.
