Tammin Sursok breaks down in tears as she and husband Sean McEwen welcome a new family member on her 40th birthday
Tammin Sursok shared a video of her bursting into tears after her husband Sean McEwan gave her a very special gift for her 40th birthday.
The former Home and Away star, who is on holiday in Bali with her family, took to Instagram on Saturday to share the big news.
“My husband just gave me my present for my birthday.” she told the camera as she wiped away her tears in the joyful moment.
“This is it,” she added, before sharing a photo of a cute white puppy with a pink ribbon around her neck.
“After the loss of our pup, Pinky is waiting for us,” she wrote.
It comes after Tammin revealed why she was worried about turning 40.
Speak against Stellar magazine in July, the Pretty Little Liars star said she wasn’t nervous about getting old, but was afraid of “what that represents’.

‘I think the fear of turning 40 is just that I don’t want to work less. I remember when I had my first child and they said I was no longer an ingenious – I was 29 years old’.
Tammin has been candid about her struggles with body image in the past, admitting that as a young girl she “longed to be wanted, to be desired” and struggled with an eating disorder.
Posting a series of heartbreaking stories to her Instagram in honor of International Women’s Day, the actress reflected on the devastating effects she experienced when she was objectified by men.

The first story she shared was about a young boy she had a crush on who told her she needed to lose weight at age 15.
She revealed she was “paralyzed with fear and lust” when he approached her and said, “My heart stopped. I had dreamed for years that this moment would come.’
But her dream came crashing down when the boy rudely told her, “You have to go to Jenny Craig (weight loss program).”
Tammin lives in Nashville with husband Sean McEwen and their two daughters, nine-year-old Phoenix and four-year-old Lennon.
