The mother of four children missing since Saturday is currently embroiled in a litany of local court cases, the Daily Mail Australia can reveal.
Azaih El-Hajj, 12, Judah El-Hajj, 9, Mikael El-Hajj, 12, and Malaika El-Hajj, 16, went missing at around 6.45pm from Earle Street, Doonside, coming from the west from Sydney. Since then, they have not been seen or heard from again.
As the search for the children entered its fifth day on Wednesday, their mother Talah Eldamouni spent the day at Bankstown Local Court after being charged with three counts of driving with a suspended license.
Eldamouni pleaded guilty to all three offenses and was fined $300, according to court records.
Eldamouni is also the subject of several arrests for violence apprehended by the police on behalf of members of his family.
She was recently convicted in absentia for breaching an apprehended violence order.
She must also appear in court for destroying property and trespassing on fenced land without lawful excuse.

Eldamouni is on bail and the matter will be brought before Bankstown Local Court for a hearing in June next year.
Hours before his court hearing, Eldamouni pleaded with his missing children to make contact as quickly as possible.
“We still don’t know where my baby is!!” she said on the Facebook page, Islamic Sound Vision.
‘Malaika, ya albi, please call me any way you can!! Let me know you’re okay! I just want to hear your voice!’
“It’s okay if you contact me mom, I won’t get in trouble and they won’t put me in jail, I promise!” Please call me mom as soon as possible, please.
“I miss you so much, my beautiful people.”
She added: “Ya Allah, bring my children back to me safe and sound.
‘Protect them and guide them to me, fill their souls with courage and strength and lead them to my soul.’
It is not suggested that Eldamouni was in any way involved in the disappearance of her children.
New South Wales Police confirmed to Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday morning that the siblings were still missing amid growing fears for their welfare.
“The children are still missing and police are continuing their search,” a spokeswoman said.
“Information has been received since the public appeal and police are following a number of lines of inquiry. Investigations are ongoing.

On Tuesday, their desperate mother begged them to contact them as quickly as possible via a post on the Facebook page, Islamic Sound Vision.
NSW Police launched a public appeal on Monday which attracted more than 2,300 shares on Facebook and hundreds of comments praying they would be found safe.
Police and family are very concerned for the welfare of the four children due to their young ages.
Azaiah was last seen wearing blue denim shorts, a blue shirt and black shoes.
Judah wore blue sweatpants, a red long-sleeve shirt and black shoes while Mikael wore blue shorts, a black shirt and red Jordan sneakers.
Malaika was last seen wearing black tights, a black sweater with a photo of a woman on the back and pink shoes.
Police believe the children may be in the Bankstown or Sutherland area.
