The flat is located in a two-storey block on Osmond Close in London’s South Harrow, with good public transport links to central London.
The rental agent handling the sale is Ad Hoc Property Management, which explains why the property is so cheap compared to other properties in the capital.

The scheme sees individuals occupy and protect vacant properties – and in return the ‘guardian’ pays a fee to live in the property, which is usually lower than market rent.
