T.I. and wife Tiny Harris accused of drugging and sexually assaulting woman in 2005 in new lawsuit
A woman has filed a lawsuit against TI and his wife Tiny Harris, accusing them of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2005.
The woman claimed she got a drink from Tiny at a club before ending up with the couple in a hotel room, where Tiny ground her and TI penetrated her vaginally with his toe despite her telling him “no,” according to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com.
At the time of the alleged assault, the plaintiff — who filed the lawsuit under “Jane Doe” — says she was a member of the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles. She is suing the couple for sexual battery, assault, negligence and false imprisonment.
Tiny, 48, and TI, 43, denied the allegations in a statement to the outlet, claiming they had been denying the allegations for the past three years. The allegations are similar to those the couple faced in 2021 by a member of the military, but it is unknown if the new lawsuit is the same incident. Ultimately, no charges were filed against the couple as the incident fell outside the ten-year restrictions.
'After positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years,” the couple said in their statement TMZ. “For THREE years we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these outrageous demands for things we did not do. For THREE years we maintained the same position as the claims in this story changed again and again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these false claims, we will not be misled and we look forward to our day in court.”

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives of the couple for comment.
In the lawsuit, the woman claims she attended a party at rapper Coolio's house with a friend, where they met a person claiming to work for TI and Tiny named “Caviar.”
Although TI and Tiny were not present at the party, Caviar informed the plaintiff that the couple would be at a nightclub in Los Angeles the following evening.
She is said to have met the couple the following evening in the VIP section of the club. The accuser claims she got two Amaretto sours for herself before allegedly getting another drink from Tiny.
The accuser claims she did not see Tiny drink the liquor. Jane Doe ended up sharing the drink with her friend.
Later, when T.I. was ready to leave, he allegedly asked the accuser to take himself and Tiny for a ride. Her friend eventually left with Caviar, who said they were all headed to the same destination.
Two other women eventually joined the accuser and the couple in an SUV. The accuser did not know who the other women were and they all went to a hotel room.
Ultimately, the other two women were allegedly kicked out by Tiny after one of them became too flirty with TI, leaving the accuser alone with Tiny and TI.
The plaintiff was taken to the bathroom by Tiny, who allegedly removed her clothes and the plaintiff's clothes. TI, now naked, met them in the bathroom and they took a shower together.

Then, after showering, the plaintiff began to feel light-headed and incredibly dizzy. According to the documents, she lay down on the bed on TI's orders.
TI started watching porn and allegedly demanded that the accuser massage him with massage oil he gave her.
They were later joined by Tiny, who prosecutors allege held her on her stomach. The plaintiff alleges that a naked Tiny rubbed and rubbed her body against the plaintiff's.
During this time, the plaintiff alleges that TI used his toe to penetrate her vagina. She claims she told TI “no” and tried to push him away from her.
The accuser alleged that TI then stood up and told her he was reaching for a condom. Finally, she went to the bathroom to throw up.
The accuser claims TI mockingly laughed at her and said, “Are you okay? Looks like you're in last place.'

The accuser claims she fainted and was woken up by a security guard the next morning. She claims her 'vagina was in severe pain' (itching and burning), but the guard asked her to leave.
She claims she was escorted out by the security guard while Tiny and TI were sleeping in bed.
Billboard reports that the lawsuit states, “Plaintiff did not consent to the assault or misconduct and was incapable of consenting after being drugged by Defendants.”
Although the incident reportedly took place in 2005, the woman decided to press charges now due to California's Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act, which allows alleged victims of sexual assault to file lawsuits even if the statute of limitations has expired.
TI and Tiny's attorney told TMZ, “Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”
The couple has previously denied the sexual assault allegations against them.
In January 2021, TI addressed the “blatant accusations” in an Instagram video titled “No weapon formed against us will prosper. We vehemently deny ALL of these disgusting, anonymous allegations.”
He suggested that he and his wife had sex with other people within their relationship, but that no one was ever forced to do anything he didn't want to do.
“Whatever we've done has been done with consensus adults who like what we like and like what we like,” he said in the video. “If we want something, we know exactly where to get it.”
“We never forced anyone, we never drugged anyone against their will, we never held anyone against their will, we never made anyone do anything, we never traded anything. , sex trafficking,” the rapper added. “I've never raped anyone, never raped anyone.”
