A passenger who put her feet up on a seat while traveling on a train during rush hour has been beaten up by a fed-up commuter.
The irate passenger was on a train from Cronulla in southern Sydney to Bondi Junction in the city’s eastern suburbs when she noticed the disgusting act.
The commuter said the woman put her feet up on the opposite seat while other passengers on the crowded train were told to sit down.

Fed up with the woman’s inconsiderate act, the passenger who witnessed the incident took a picture and posted it on Facebook calling out the woman.
“Keep in mind that it’s not right to put your feet on the chair opposite yours,” she said.
“You stood your ground and were reluctant to put them down if another lady had to sit down.
“You then put them next to her.”
The woman’s post in the Essential Sutherland Shire Facebook group continued, “I’m sorry, but this is just wrong.”
“It’s not your living room.”
The commuter said she decided to post the photo of the woman because she didn’t think anything against her would change her behavior.
Daily Mail Australia is contacting Sydney Trains for comment.
The woman placed her feet on the seat opposite her, which was noticed by another passenger traveling on rush hour service from Cronulla to Bondi Junction in eastern Sydney.
Passengers who put their feet up on seats while traveling on the train risk hefty fines for the violation.
In NSW, commuters can be fined $100 for the act.
Violators can also be slapped with a fine of up to $1,100.
In Victoria, adults are fined $288 for the offense, while even children who put their feet on seats are fined $96.
In Queensland, fines of $275 apply.
