Sydney Thomas stuns in sensational return to the ring one month on from viral Netflix fame

Sydney Thomas made a sensational return to the ring on Friday, just a month after stealing the show in Netflix’s win over Mike Tyson.

Thomas, who rose to fame last month during the controversial fight between the former YouTuber and boxing legend, was back in action on Friday evening.

The social media star returned to ringside for Antonio Vargas’ bantamweight bout against Winston Guerrero in Orlando, Florida.

The 21-year-old wowed fans once again as she showed off her sensational aqua and black mesh crop top and shorts for the occasion.

The University of Alabama student shared a photo of herself in the ring to her Instagram Story, striking a fighting stance with the caption, “It’s fight night.”

Thomas first came into the spotlight in November when fans dubbed her “the real winner” of the Netflix showdown after Paul and Tyson starred in a 16-minute snoozefest at AT&T Stadium.

The influencer’s social media following has skyrocketed in the wake of her newfound fame

The social media star was one of five ring girls working the event at AT&T Stadium – along with Virginia Sanhouse, Lexi Williams, Delia Sylvain and Raphaela Milagres.

In the wake of her newfound popularity, the blonde beauty has seen her social media skyrocket.

Before Friday night’s fight, Thomas opened up about her newfound fame, revealing that her number of Instagram followers has quadrupled.

“I had 220,000 on Instagram [before Paul-Tyson] and now I’m at about 800,000,” she said Most valuable promotions. “And on TikTok I had about 600,000, and now I’m at 1.1 million. So almost doubled everywhere.’

Thomas, who previously met Paul during the Netflix fight, then talked about how his Most Valuable Promotions company helped launch her career.

“Giving me the platform and the opportunity to be on Netflix and also just come to events like this, I get to meet really cool people and network,” she explained.

“The doors it has opened have been enormous. Thank you very much to MVP for that, because they are the best.”

Despite her popularity, Thomas still pursues education as a student with the Crimson Tide.

Thomas is in her senior year of college, but takes her classes online to maintain a flexible class schedule.

In her final appearance on Friday, Thomas will no doubt regain popularity after walking out of the Caribe Royal.
