Sydney swim coach Kyle James Henk Daniels has been acquitted of four other sexual assault charges, while a jury remains divided over others.
The latest jury verdicts, handed down on Friday, mean Daniels has been found not guilty of a total of nine of the 21 charges filed against him.
On Thursday, the jury found a not-guilty verdict on three counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10, an alternate count of indecent assault and one count of sexual touching.
Daniels, who turns 24 this month, was then acquitted of a child sexual assault charge, an alternate indecent assault and two charges of sexual intercourse on Friday.
These latest acquittals relate to alleged conduct against three students in a swimming pool on Sydney’s north shore.

On Monday, the jury will resume deliberations on the other 12 points, which include genitally touching students on the outside of their swimsuits.
Daniels pleaded not guilty to all charges and steadfastly denies ever inappropriately touching a student.
His counsel argued that if anything was touched, it was fleeting, accidental or unintentional and said police officers, the media and parents had tainted the girl’s memories and evidence.
The Crown has said the significant similarities between the girls’ stories showed that the alleged events were no coincidence, claiming that the swim coach took the opportunity to engage in sexual attraction to girls during classes.
