Three people have been arrested after a man and a woman were allegedly stabbed at a cemetery.
The victims, both in their 20s, were reportedly stabbed at Rookwood Cemetery in Lidcombe in Sydney’s west sometime after 1pm. on wednesday.
The pair reported to nearby Auburn Hospital shortly before 2 p.m. with stab wounds.
The man was transferred to another hospital for further treatment.
The victims’ injuries are believed to be serious.
Police launched an investigation and reportedly arrested three people at the cemetery, Nine News reported.

Officers seized a black SUV at the scene for forensic examination.
Detectives have cordoned off a portion of the cemetery in order to establish a crime scene.
Research is still ongoing.
