Shocking footage has captured the moment when a woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death confronted him after learning about his other lovers.
Jenny Niguidula has been charged with murder after 53-year-old Rhonie Apostol was allegedly stabbed at his home in South Wentworthville, western Sydney, on November 17, 2019.
A NSW High Court lawsuit heard that Niguidula found out a week before his death that Mr Apostol had been cheating on her for nine years with a Filipino woman named Viva.

Mr. Apostol also had a wife in the US named Geraldine.
Footage taken at Sydney International Airport shows Niguidula hitting him on the head after learning about his foreign affairs.
The court learned that Niguidula was originally married to Mr Apostol’s brother when she cheated on him and started an affair with Mr Apostol, who was also married at the time, in 2011.
The couple was in a relationship until his death in 2019.
The pair both worked for Niguidula’s global consulting firm, Kaleidoscope International, which saw them travel the world.
They lived and worked in New York and Manila and enjoyed holidays in cities such as Paris, Santorini and Dubai.
Niguidula was arrested and questioned by police at Granville Police Station for six hours after her partner’s death, the court heard.
Footage played in the courtroom shows her telling detectives that she gave Mr. Apostol an ultimatum when she learned about his affairs.
“I said, ‘You have to end it, you have to make a choice – stay with the girl or stay with me,'” she said in the video
“I served you for years, and now I’m not just competing with the woman — there was another woman all the time.”

The court heard Niguidula say the couple had been drinking at home the night of Mr Apostol’s murder and that she woke up in the morning to hear strange noises coming from the bathroom.
The court heard Niguidula claim she allegedly found a mortally wounded Mr. Apostol with a stab wound to his chest and a knife nearby.
She told police she initially thought he was playing an elaborate prank on her, the court heard.
Niguidula has denied killing Mr. Apostol and claims not to know who stabbed him.
She pleaded not guilty to murder, but did plead guilty to manslaughter and assaulting Mr. Apostol with a plastic lamp.
The manslaughter plea was dismissed by prosecutors.
Niguidula’s lawyers are pursuing a partial defense of substantial disability, requiring them to show that Niguidula had a mental illness so severe that she could not control her actions or understand what she was doing at the time of Apostol’s death.
The trial continues on Wednesday.
