Shopper Who Called Teddy Bears ‘Satanic’ And ‘Evil’ At Sydney Designer Store Reveals The HORRIFIC Abuse He’s Received Since His Controversial Video, And Doubles Down On Boycott Call

  • TikToker Heliyah Farokh made a video to boycott the coach
  • The fashion brand made a collaboration with Disney
  • His collection featured leather-bound teddy bears.
  • Ms. Farokh justified her comparison in a second video.

An Australian shopper has faced a furious backlash for wanting to boycott designer label Coach for its Disney villains-themed teddy bears.

TikToker Heliyah Farokh shared a video showing the bears bound in leather on Tuesday and compared them to Balenciaga’s recent child bondage ad campaign.

The comparison triggered an angry reaction among fashionistas who insisted the campaigns were different because Balenciaga featured photos of children holding toys in leather sex gear.

Now, Ms Farokh has doubled down on her outrage, calling the company “evil”.

Balenciaga caused outrage in November when he featured children, surrounded by empty wine and champagne glasses, in a bondage-themed ad campaign.

Ms Faroh’s video earlier this week showed some plush toys wearing leather chokers that were part of Coach Australia’s display for a collaboration with Disney.

The collection starring Disney’s most iconic villains and lovable characters launched last year.

‘Am I seeing this right? This is a joke?’ asked Ms. Farokh in the video.

“I thought this would be the kind of thing I would see at Balenciaga. We have boycotted that kind of disgusting child pornography.

‘Boycott coach, make that a trend.’

Ms Farokh stood by her claims in a follow-up video on Wednesday where she said Coach is

Ms Farokh stood by her claims in a follow-up video on Wednesday where she said Coach is “crooked” but less obvious than Balenciaga.

Ms Farokh followed up her divisive video with a quick response to those who criticized her and insisted that many others agreed with her.

“I received a lot of comments that understood,” he said. “These luxury brands are very corrupt and they are just spreading more and more corruption.

‘And I was like ‘thank God, there are people who understand these things.’

“Today I wake up with the complete opposite of that, it hurts me to see that there are people who will support such corrupt things that happen in the world…

‘I really feel sorry for these people.’

She thinks nostalgia might be keeping people from seeing the bear problem.

“I understand that a lot of us grew up watching Disney as kids, obviously these things are designed to be entertaining,” he said.

‘It’s not going to be deliberately satanic stuff in your face.

‘Balenciaga was so obvious, this is more hidden and subtle.

‘Since when do Disney villains have chokers?’

Ms. Farokh’s TikTok followers were deeply divided over her controversial initial video, with more than 1,200 comments.

Some thanked the buyer for alerting them to the collection and vowed to “never buy Coach again.”

“That’s why people need to support local businesses so that these big companies have less power over time,” said one.

Others were confused and questioned the point of the video.

‘I can’t see what I’m supposed to be looking at… can someone explain?’ said one user.

‘I’m lost, I don’t see what’s wrong,’ said another.

“People’s minds are so corrupted by social media that they’re turning everything into some kind of sick paedo.”

Daily Mail Australia contacted Coach Australia for comment.
