Earlier in June, Mr Scobie revealed to MailOnline in June that his book had been delayed for three months from August to November so that he could write new chapters about the coronation.

This is expected to include details of Harry’s solo flying visit to Britain to see his father crowned king at Westminster Abbey, while his wife Meghan Markle stayed home in Montecito, California, with their children Archie and Lilibet.

Mr Scobie told MailOnline at the time: ‘The release is worldwide, including the UK, on 21 November. I wanted to continue writing during and after the coronation. That wasn’t the original plan.’

Endgame is described in the blurb as a book that “pulls back the curtain on the palace, exposing the chaos, dysfunction and mistrust among the British royal family, and what must be done to preserve a monarchy in crisis.”

The description adds: “On September 8, 2022, the world came to a standstill when news broke of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Her death dismantled the protective shield around the world’s most famous family and re-emerged a long-simmering crisis of confidence in the British monarchy.

Now, with unique insight, in-depth access and exclusive revelations, journalist Omid Scobie pulls back the curtain on an institution in turmoil, exposing the infighting, family decline and antiquated practices that threaten the institution’s future. .

Endgame will be released on November 21

Mr Scobie co-authored the 2020 Sunday Times bestselling book Finding Freedom, about Harry and Meghan’s retirement as senior royals, and the journalist is believed to be close to the Sussexes.

In 2021, Meghan apologized to the Supreme Court for not recalling authorizing a senior aide to inform Mr. Scobie and co-author Carolyn Durand of the unofficial biography, which the Endgame text described as an “international blockbuster’.

And in June at the Supreme Court, Harry said he knew Mr. Scobie, before correcting himself and saying, “I know him.”

Mr. Scobie announced his second book last year, saying that Endgame would “draw the curtain on an institution in turmoil – exposing the chaos, family dysfunction, distrust and draconian practices that permeate the threaten the future of the institute’.

He also promised that the book will be full of “unique insights, in-depth access and exclusive revelations.”

Moving the publication date gave the author the opportunity to record internal material both during and after the coronation.

Notably, Harry sat in the third row of the ceremony at Westminster Abbey and played no formal part in the proceedings. He left after about 24 hours in Britain.

Scobie’s latest announcement today comes after Meghan was photographed Monday night at a Beyoncé concert in Los Angeles with actress Kerry Washington and singer Kelly Rowland as her go-around continues.

Sunday night saw Harry sitting in a box at the Los Angeles FC stadium next to the couple’s Hollywood venture capitalist friend Adam Lilling, who is believed to be helping the Sussexes with their major rebrand.

Tomorrow Harry must make a rare trip back to Britain to attend London’s annual WellChild Awards, a charity of which he remains a patron.

There are no plans for him to meet his father or brother Prince William, who will work despite Friday being the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s death.

Harry will also be attending the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf from Saturday, with Meghan expected to fly over from California to accompany him throughout the competition.

Meanwhile, Meghan is reportedly preparing for an Instagram “relaunch” and experts predict she could earn $1 million per post.
