Susannah Constantine looked incredible as she posed in a bathing suit for a mirror selfie.

The TV fashion guru, 60, took to Instagram on Monday to share the gorgeous photo, where she admitted she uses the garment to hide her “wrinkled chest and crepey arms.”

Susannah used no makeup to show off her natural beauty and tied her blond locks in a messy bun.

She wrote in her caption, “Sooooo. Here’s the stretchy solution (no soaked neoprene) to hide chest wrinkles and crepey arms. Not rocket science.

‘And not ideal for tanning. But great for cold British waters and my bird bath tub in the garden.’

Susannah recently said she has PTSD from doing reality shows and that her years as an alcoholic have made her emotionally younger.

The What Not To Wear star took part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2015 and Strictly Come Dancing in 2018.

Reflecting on her experience, Susannah confessed that she only did I’m A Celeb for the money, but regretted not training harder for Strictly.

Speak against Pure Luxury, she said, ‘I admit it – I did, I’m a celebrity, get me out of here! for the money.

‘There was no other reason and I know I got paid more than anyone – poor ITV, I got kicked out first! That’s why I don’t really watch the new series when they come out.

“I still watch Strictly and every time I kick myself for taking myself too seriously and not training enough.

“I remember expecting to be a world-class dancer with two or three hours of training a day. I remember coming home on the second day of practice and saying to my husband, “You know what? I’ve found something that I’m really good at and I think we can win this.” I mean how deceived was I?

‘I still have PTSD from it – the traumas of I’m A Celebrity pale in comparison to Strictly! You can absolutely be killed for your lack of talent on that show.”

Susanna was the first celebrity to be eliminated from the dance show with her partner Anton Du Beke, scoring the lowest scoring Samba and Foxtrot in the show’s history.

However, she fondly said, “It was horrible, but I made such good friends while I was there. Everyone on that show is the best in their field, and that was a real privilege to be a part of.

‘I also won gold by being paired with Anton. We are still in touch and I love him. But I remember him saying that the moment someone walked through the door he could tell if they could dance, and with me he knew there was no hope!’

Elsewhere, the fashion guru opened up about her addiction to alcohol, saying she had become “someone else” during her 12 years as an alcoholic.

She said, “Thinking about my addiction and relationship to things like alcohol in the book has taught me so much. It wasn’t cathartic or emotional – it was almost like I was writing about someone else’s life.

“What I’ve come to understand about addiction is that even if you become actively addicted to something, you’re still the same person you were when it started.

And if you stop, you’re still the same person. In between you are someone else. I now realize that emotionally I am probably much younger than my 60 years because I was an active alcoholic for 12 years.

“But now I’ve returned to the person I really am, which is someone who likes to be on his own, lives in the country, and isn’t desperately social at all. I get so much out of the simple things in life.’

Susannah also spoke of her memories of Princess Margaret, gushing that the royal family had taught her to be an “independent thinker” and that she “didn’t care.”

She recalled, “My main memory of Princess Margaret is that she loved to dance. And she was incredibly maternal – a side no one saw often but her own children.

“I often think of the picture she’d taken for Patrick Lichfield’s Town & Country with her feet on the couch with no shoes.

“I also remember going with her to Giselle’s opening night at the Royal Opera House and we sat in the royal box. When it was over, I started whistling wolf, which you’re not supposed to do.

“David — at least I think it was him — put his hand on my knee and said, “Shhh!” So I did. But Princess Margaret turned and kept saying, ‘Do another one! Do another one!'”

She continued, “She was the one who encouraged me to be an independent thinker, to speak my mind and stand for it. She was quite an open person – except when it came to the Queen.

The crown was her greatest limit. I don’t know if that made her feel limited or used to growing up in a goldfish bowl, but she sure learned to just be herself.

“She had incredible resourcefulness and was so practical and couldn’t care less in many ways. She could sniff out a sycophant a mile away.”
