Susanna also takes the time to review the stories that the investigators and producers have been putting together overnight.

Susanna admitted that it’s “a lot” to take in during the 25-minute drive from her home to the studio at the London Television Center in west London.

Confessing that she loves her early hours, Susanna said: ‘My three children split their time between me and my ex. The brilliant thing about my job is that a lot of my workday is when they’re still sleeping and I’m home when they get back from school or work.’

Once in the studio, Susanna sits down to have her hair and makeup done by a professional, while she drinks her first coffee of the day at 4:25.
