Survivor star Jaime Huffman accuses husband Erik Huffman of ‘flying into rage over gay claims, attempted rape and physically abuse’ in bombshell divorce filing 17 years after they fell in love on reality TV show

Newly filed documents detailing the rift between Survivor: China alumni Jaime Huffman and Erik Huffman paint a grim picture of marital infidelity, domestic violence, substance abuse and attempted sexual assault.

Jaime, 38, filed court papers in South Carolina last week against Erik, 43, raising a number of allegations against her estranged husband, with whom she exchanged vows in 2009, according to the New York Post.

Jaime, a social media influencer, told the court in a 103-page statement that Erik, who works in healthcare as a physician’s assistant, often drank too much – and would display enormous displays of anger in that state.

Jaime said Erik, whom she first met at the CBS affiliate in 2007, insulted her when she once confronted him after finding messages on his phone from men described as “flirty.”

Jaime, whose maiden name is Dugan, said in legal documents: ‘He snapped and started shouting, ‘How dare you accuse me of being gay, you stupid son of a bitch?’

Jaime told the court that on another occasion Erik “tried to have sex with her against her will.”

Jaime said in court documents that Erik severely shamed her after she gave birth to their son Harper in 2010.

Jaime told the court that Erik was also jealous because in one incident when she was working at a restaurant, he thought she was kissing a bartender who worked there. Jamie noticed that she had leaned close to him to tell the bartender about a customer complaint.

“He started yelling at me and punched a hole in the wall next to my head,” Jaime said in the legal documents. “He broke several bones in his hand and everyone around him went silent.”

A number of allegations in the lengthy affidavit appear to be “supported by eyewitnesses,” the Post reported after reviewing documents in the case.

Accompanying the affidavit was a private investigator’s report with photos detailing what Jaime believes is an extramarital affair Erik had with a co-worker who is married.

Erik “was watched at her home for hours,” the newspaper said, citing court documents.

According to the Post, Erik has not yet responded to the lawsuit.

Erik and Jaime split earlier this year following an incident on January 23 in which Erik was charged with third-degree domestic violence following a conflict at a gas station in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

A police report documenting the arrest shows that Erik injured Jaime’s hand after she found an extra phone he was using.

Erik told authorities at the incident that Jamie had threatened to harm himself and was in a suicidal state of mind, allegations that Jaime said were false.

According to the newspaper, the domestic violence charges were first dropped after the police officer who arrested him failed to show up for court; the case was reinstated after an “attorney independently reviewed the evidence and refiled the case.”

The former CBS stars were involved in another public conflict that required police intervention last April 19, when they were called to a gas station due to a custody case involving their son.

After an “agitated” Erik tried to approve a draft agreement that a judge failed to sign, police let Jaime take their son that weekend, the outlet reported.

Erik and Jaime initially crossed paths on Survivor: China in 2007, a year in which she finished in 10th place and he finished in sixth place.

The couple then exchanged vows at an $80,000 wedding they won from the Charleston Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
