‘I had my 30th birthday in this house and there were approximately 170 people present for the entire night. Parties around the pool are perfect when the backyard and pool lights are on at night.

“I had a big housewarming party, my 30th birthday, the days of the Grand Final, the Melbourne Cup, Christmas Day, NYE, the Survivor premiere – whatever event and I’ve probably had a party in my home for that.” ‘

Morrison Kleeman real estate agent Craig Parker is selling the property with expressions of interest listed to close at 5pm on February 21st.
