Surveillance footage shows a 29-year-old Las Vegas man loitering in a parking lot and acting strangely before attacking his victim and eating his face.
Colin Czech, 29, was seen doing push-ups, assaulting and taunting a 7-Eleven employee in a parking lot and behaving abnormally before allegedly killing Kenneth Brown at a Las Vegas bus stop on April 28.
Surveillance videos obtained by 8 News Nowshows Czech standing awkwardly in the corner of a parking lot before bizarrely jumping onto the sidewalk to do precarious push-ups.
The man was later seen attacking a 7-Eleven employee around 3 a.m. after mocking him by imitating the employee while he was sweeping the parking lot.
Eventually, the two got into an altercation at the corner of the grocery store after Czech punched the man, knocking him to the ground. The pair struggled, with the employee eventually gaining ground and freeing himself.
He is charged with murder and attempted murder.

A judge has ruled that Czech is mentally competent to stand trial. He is expected to appear in court again on August 8.
He was also seen confronting the employee and another older man in the parking lot, prompting a manager inside to call police.
A manager told dispatchers, “I have a guy outside. He just jumped on one of my customers. I just had my customer come in.
This cat [Czech]He stood here all night and finally he touched someone.’
Czech, who is homeless, eventually left the 7-Eleven to go to another convenience store on Charleston Boulevard, then walked to the bus stop across the street.

Witnesses called 911 and said Czech was ‘banging’ [Brown’s] ‘He put his head on the concrete, appeared paranoid, yelled and shouted and paced back and forth in front of the store.’
At 5:33 a.m., another 911 call was placed reporting that the same man was “eating the man’s face on the ground” at a nearby bus stop. Police arrived four minutes later and were shocked to find Czech reportedly with blood and “biological material” on his face, hands, mouth, and clothing.
“It’s bad, ma’am,” a grocery store employee said in the 911 call. “Oh my God, I don’t know what he’s doing to that man, it’s really weird.”
A female officer asked Czech, “What’s going on?” as he sat next to his victim, both covered in blood and with Brown’s ear on the pavement, the local outlet reported.
He has been charged with murder and attempted murder. A judge ruled that Czech is mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected to return to court on August 8.
Czech told police he had been awake for “five days straight” and that voices in his head were “possessed” and telling him to kill someone.
He also told police he used his ‘teeth to eat’ [Brown’s] “Eyeballs and ears,” the documents said.
He also claimed that Brown had “attacked” him and that he thought he was fighting a “shape-shifter” but was helped to victory by a “higher power.”
Voices in his head told him to kill a person named Drake, whom he didn’t know and who he thought was Brown, he reportedly told police. Czech also said he was “tweaking it.”
