You know what they say about men with big hands and feet?
According to a sexual health expert, that’s not so strange. According to him, you should look at men’s noses if you want to get a better idea of the size of their penis.
Dr. Rena Malik, a urologist in California, recently said on a podcast that there is compelling evidence that men with larger noses also have larger limbs.
She also pointed out that young men’s penises today are over an inch longer than they were thirty years ago.
Dr. Rena Malik, a urologist in California, said the size of a man’s nose can predict the size of his penis
The VA Medical Center expert said on the Diary of a CEO podcast: ‘There is one study, a Japanese study, where they only looked at Japanese men, so there are some limitations, but basically they measured all these body parts and the length of the penis.
“And what they found was that nose length was related to penis length, not hand length or foot length.”
She was probably referring to a Study 2021 published in Basic and Clinical Andrology, in which 126 men between the ages of 30 and 50 participated.
This showed that nose size was more closely related to penis length than height or body weight in the survey group.
Other studies have also supported this claim, including a Study 2023 from China, involving 420 men between the ages of 20 and 56.
It also showed that the length of the erect penis was more strongly related to the size of the nose than to the size of the ears or testicles.
Other methods of looking at hands and feet have not held up in scientific studies. Instead, researchers suggest that the length of a man’s index finger, or first finger, can indicate penis size.

Dr. Malik added during the podcast: ‘While we’ve seen a change in sperm quality over the past 50 years, we’ve also seen a change in penis length.
‘They’ve actually seen penis length increase and they think this is because the onset of puberty is changing and boys are being exposed to factors that make them go through puberty earlier.
‘And because of that, they are more exposed to testosterone and they get longer penises. That is an interesting fact from a theoretical perspective.’
A 2023 study from Stanford University, which analyzed data on the penises of 55,700 men from 1942 to 2021, found that penis length has increased dramatically over the past three decades.
The meta-analysis found that the average length of the erect penis increased by 25 percent between 1992 and 2021: from 12.2 to 15 cm.
While many see this as good news, the researchers warned that the sudden shift was “worrying” and suggested that “something dramatic is happening to our bodies.”
They suggested that the increase could be caused by chemicals from pesticides and hygiene products interfering with hormones in the body.
Research shows that approximately 55 percent of men are dissatisfied with the length of their penis.
For comparison, studies show that the majority of partners think their partner has the ideal penis length.
