Surgery-addicted model tattoos her EYEBALL after almost dying from botched procedures that included an ‘inflated’ vagina and a uniboob – as fans say she’s finally gone too far

A plastic surgery-addicted influencer and OnlyFans model has taken her extreme body modifications to the next level by tattooing her eyeball.

Maria Magdalena, 32, revealed her eye-popping ink on Instagram this week in a selfie for her 203,000 followers.

In the image, Mary holds her left eye open to reveal that the white sclera of her eye is tattooed black.

The Mexican-born bombshell has already tattooed most of her body and in recent months has inked her arms and breasts with pure black ink, similar to rapper Machine Gun Kelly’s style.

There has been an alarming and dangerous trend in eye tattoos lately, with Australian model Amber Luke and mother-of-five Anaya Peterson both risking blindness by staining their eyeballs.

Mary’s fans were shocked by her latest tattoo, with one reading: “I wish you hadn’t done it lol I mean you do but IDK didn’t expect that.”

Another commented: ‘That’s a bridge too far for me. I can’t see how you keep this stuff out of here. I wish you all the best in this life.’

Mary responded to fans saying her eyeball inking was “permanent” and here to stay.

“Colors can be changed but not removed, very permanent,” she explained.

Another follower warned Mary that her earnings on OnlyFans would soon “dry up” and that she would find it difficult to find a regular job because of her appearance.

Mary shot back, writing, “There’s a simp for every genre of women. As long as men live, women will thrive. I like simps.’

A simple man usually refers to a man who is obsessed with a woman and deeply subservient to her, in a way that can lead to him giving her money.

Last year, Mary opened up about how her addiction to plastic surgery almost killed her and revealed the steps she took to reverse botched procedures.

In March 2023, she had her size 38J breast implants removed when one of them burst, leaving her with a uniboob.

She confirmed at the time: ‘I’ve had huge implants for so long so it was a scary change but I’m so happy with it. Shopping is fun now because I can fit into cute tops.’

Within months, however, Mary had decided to enlarge her breasts again and had expanders placed in her chest.

Expanders are a type of inflatable implant with a port on the side that can be filled with saline solution with a syringe, allowing them to expand in size.

It came weeks after Mary told fans how her dangerous addiction to plastic surgery nearly cost her her life and ruined her financially after she spent more than $150,000 on procedures.

In an emotional post, the former escort admitted she was ‘trapped in an endless cycle’ of plastic surgery, constantly going under the knife to fix botched procedures.

“It’s not a fun adventure anymore, it’s just exhausting in every way,” she said.

‘My time is being lost, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you’re just digging yourself into a very expensive, time-consuming hole.”

She went on to say that maintaining her outrageous aesthetic isn’t worth “all this unnecessary stress/energy” in her life.

Mary, who has been recovering in hospital after her breast reduction, said she was ‘super happy’ with the results of her downgrade so far and was feeling much better without the 38J breast implants weighing her down.

“My back feels great,” she said. ‘Clothes fit unreal and when I talk to people they don’t just stare at my tits.’

She added, “My goal is to tone things down so that when I speak, people will see me, not my operations.”

Mary first became internet famous in 2018 after undergoing an illegal procedure to create ‘the fattest vagina in the world’ in an operation that almost killed her.

‘I almost died during the procedure. “I had to have two blood transfusions,” she said earlier.

‘The doctor said I lost so much blood and became very pale. He thought I was going to die.’

Mary grew up in a strict religious family and as a child was forbidden to even watch children’s shows like Disney’s That’s So Raven.

She rebelled at the age of 12 when she became sexually active and started using drugs.

“Twelve, thirteen were the wildest years of my life,” she said on the No Jumper podcast.

‘I was doing lines of cocaine. I went to school drunk, this and that, in grades seven and eight.”

At 17, Mary worked as a stripper, but she is now an OnlyFans performer after going viral on Instagram and TikTok thanks to her extreme surgeries.

‘Thankfully because of [OnlyFans] “I was able to stop dancing and escorting, which made me depressed, so now I’m blessed enough to just make a living from that,” she said.

She got her first boob job at the age of 21 in Mexico by a local dentist, which failed.

Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and breast jobs, veneers, liposuction, cat’s eye surgery, BBLs on top of butt implants, porcelain veneers and more.

Because many of her operations were illegal, Mary traveled all over the world, from Colombia to Russia, performing various procedures.

She almost died several times and at one point her buttocks began to ‘rot’ after having illegal butt injections, which she sealed with superglue.
