A self-professed plastic surgery addict has revealed that she has spent around $175,000 on various procedures and despite her family’s warnings, she has no intention of stopping.

Nicole Zavala, who starred on VH1’s reality TV show Cartel Crew and lives in Miami, expressed her surgery addiction on the YouTube channel ‘really’.

In the mini-documentary, the brunette tells viewers how she “likes” to change her look all the time, and most recently spent $20,000 on her fourth boob job and fillers to mark her 30th birthday.

She goes on to explain that she’s had a “really tough year” as her boyfriend of three years Demetrius Meach was killed about five months ago and “just getting fillers, tattoos, piercings… it makes me feel better.”

Often compared to a Bratz doll or a Barbie, she says people sometimes say she looks like a “bloated fish because of my lips.”

Turning to her critics, she adds, “I don’t care what anyone thinks… if you don’t like it, don’t go to my page.”

Because of her cosmetically enhanced appearance, Nicole says she often experiences prejudice and people automatically assume she’s “conceited,” “has an attitude,” or “her personality might be crazy.”

In the short, Nicole takes a stand and says, “I want people to know that I really have a good heart.

“I’m very very humble, even when I’m on TV, even before and after TV, nothing has changed me one bit. I don’t think I’m taller than anybody.’

One of Nicole’s favorite procedures is having her lips done.

While she says plastic surgery makes her feel better, she also talks to a therapist every week to curb her grief.
