Super Mario RPG pre-order guide
Mario fans can look forward to new Switch games in 2023, such as Super Mario Bros. Miracleas well as new DLC for it Mario Kart 8 Deluxe And Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. And while it may not technically be a new release, the announcement of a remastered version of Super Mario RPG is also worth your attention. It will be available on Nintendo Switch from November 17 for $59.99.
Super Mario RPG is a remake of the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Starswhich was launched for the Super Nintendo in 1996. Unfortunately it is not part of the Nintendo Switch Online SNES lineup, and given this news, I wouldn’t hold my breath to arrive in the future.
If you haven’t played the original, the Mario universe is injected into a game of turn-based combat. The mashup is similar to Ubisoft’s Mario + Rabbids games except Super Mario RPG tends more towards Last fantasy than XCOM. The game was not just a tribute to the popular RPGs of the time, it was made in collaboration with the company known as Squaresoft (before it became Square Enix), which was about to release some great SNES games , under which Chrono trigger, Secret of Mana, and more. The game’s original composer, Yoko Shimomura, confirmed this Twitter that she is in charge of the music for the Super Mario RPG redo.

Currently there are no special editions of it Super Mario RPG available for preorder. You can, however, reserve a physical copy at Amazon, Best BuyAnd GameStopor pre-order the digital version at the Nintendo eShop for $59.99.
