A grandmother who describes herself as a “fitness freak,” who has said she still feels sexy at 53, has shared a libido-boosting recipe with her followers.
Brazilian-born Andréa Sunshine, who now lives in London, posted the recipe alongside images of herself on Instagram, where she has some 320,000 followers.
The 53-year-old wore a bold ensemble in photos accompanying the recipe, featuring a black leotard with a plunging v-neckline and an elaborate bunny mask.
In the images, the grandmother of two children is holding the treat: an egg white chocolate pudding-like dessert, topped with berries.
She captioned the photos: “This is the best Easter recipe you can find and I’m not just talking about the taste.”

According to the fitness enthusiast, “Whey protein makes it much healthier, but chocolate increases libido and gives pleasure.”
She listed the ingredients for the dish, including 200 grams of chocolate with 70 percent cocoa, zero pudding, skimmed milk powder, water, coconut milk, whey protein, strawberry and blueberries.
“It is possible to taste one of the best Easter eggs today,” Andréa added.
“The most important thing is not to lose focus on exercise and take care of food.
‘That has priority. You can consume fewer calories and enjoy the date dedicated to guilt-free sweets.”
The recipe and images seemed to be a hit with Andréa’s followers, some of whom took to the comment section of the post to wish her a happy Easter.
Andréa, who has revealed that she is often asked out by men half her age, follows a strict diet and heavy exercise routine to maintain her impressive physique.
According to the fitness fanatic, she hits the gym for at least three hours every day and is just as committed to her diet, consuming a staggering amount of eggs.

She consumes 150 eggs per month, as well as up to 1st 7 pounds of sweet potato. Andrea also likes salads and vegetables, especially broccoli, which is rich in nutrients.
‘The number [of eggs] is surprising, but it’s real, I exercise a lot every day and my diet is monitored by a nutritionist,” she said.
“The ideal is to always strive for improvement, so some sacrifices are worth it.”
Discussing her regimen, the super-fit grandma said, “I like sports and physical exercise, taking care of myself is an act of love that I’ve learned over time and that’s why I plan my food, take care of what I eat and avoid fats and sweets whenever I can.”

Speaking of the interest she gets from younger men, the 53-year-old said: ‘Young men have crushes on handsome mature ladies so I get spanked all the time.
“There are all kinds of ages, some are even under 25, but most are between 30 and 35.
‘I don’t like the attention. When I am [doing my training] sessions, I hate being interrupted.
“It doesn’t bother me to be called a fitness grandma — I’m in my best shape and infinitely healthy.”
