Sunshine Coast woman Robyn Stacee Whisker sentenced for vile texts she sent her husband’s former boss and colleagues at a real estate agent during toxic stalking campaign
A woman has been convicted of stalking her real estate agent husband’s old boss and colleagues.
Robyn Stacee Whisker, 53, pleaded guilty to three charges of stalking at the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast on Thursday.
The Mooloolaba woman sent a series of text messages to her husband Grant Whisker’s former estate agent colleagues over a three-month period earlier this year following a court case, court documents reveal.
The court heard that Ms Whisker had called Define Property Agents owner Ross Cattle a ‘little, insignificant maggot’, the Sunshine Coast daily reported.
She also sent text messages to Mr Cattle’s wife, Angela, which he later described as ‘so horrific you can’t repeat them’.

Court documents revealed that Ms Whisker admitted to police that she had used an app to create new phone numbers to conceal her identity while texting.
Police prosecutor Amanda Brewer asked the court to take into account the impact Whisker’s messages had had on the victims.
“The victims are talking about the strain on their emotional wellbeing and how the content of the messages has affected their business operations,” Sergeant Brewer said.

Whisker’s lawyer, Natasha Shorter told the court her client had done so an “unblemished character” prior to the stalking crimes, adding that she was remorseful.
Whisler wrote a letter of apology to her victims and told them she was ashamed of her meanness, court documents show.
After this, the text messages were sent lawsuit between Define Property Agents and Mr Whisker in 2022.
Magistrate Chris Callaghan told the court he understood and accepted that Whisker was “under some kind of deep stress” as a result of the lawsuit.
Stalking had caused “great harm” to the victims, he said, and “disgraceful behavior’.
The magistrate said the text messages Robyn Whisker sent to her husband’s former colleagues had caused them ‘major harm’ and was ‘disgraceful behaviour’.
The magistrate sentenced Whisker to 18 months’ probation.
No conviction was recorded.
After the court appearance, Mr Cattle said the messages were sent by Mrs Whisker to his wife Angela ‘so horrible that you cannot repeat them’.
“My wife has not recovered, she struggles every day and she is not the same person as before,” he told the publication.
“Those who know Angela would say she is the most caring person with the biggest heart, always there for others, she is the last person who deserved something like this.”
