The Sunrise producer reveals her drastic work routine, which includes waking up at 1:45 a.m. and going to bed at 3:30 p.m.
Sunrise producer Isla Stanich has shared her drastic before and after work routine.
In a video shared on the Channel Seven breakfast show TikTok page, Isla revealed that her day starts at 1:45 a.m.
“This is when I get pumped up and start preparing,” he said after the morning alarm went off.

Isla then brushes her teeth, gets dressed, and has breakfast before leaving for work.
‘It’s 2:10 am, so it’s time to drive to work. What I love about being on the road right now is that there are no cars, so you can get anywhere very quickly,” he explained.
After arriving at work at 2:30 am, Isla said she prints out the Sunrise host’s briefing notes before they arrive and start filming.
In a video shared on the Channel Seven breakfast show TikTok page, Isla revealed that her day starts at 1:45 a.m.
Once the show ends at 9 am, the producer returns home and enjoys a morning walk before getting ready for bed.
She uses blackout blinds to make sure her room is dark before donning sunglasses to “make the room feel darker than it is.”
“The next half hour is spent on TikTok and I make sure that if I have any shots in the morning, the cameramen know the plans,” he explained.
Isla then brushes her teeth, gets dressed, and eats breakfast before going to work.
Isla then goes to bed at 5 pm as she prepares for the next day.
Channel Seven’s Sunrise is hosted by Natalie Barr and David Koch.
In August, the network declared Sunrise Australia’s highest rated breakfast show for 2022.
