Isla then brushes her teeth, gets dressed, and has breakfast before leaving for work.

‘It’s 2:10 am, so it’s time to drive to work. What I love about being on the road right now is that there are no cars, so you can get anywhere very quickly,” he explained.

Once the show ends at 9 am, the producer returns home and enjoys a morning walk before getting ready for bed.

She uses blackout blinds to make sure her room is dark before donning sunglasses to “make the room feel darker than it is.”

“The next half hour is spent on TikTok and I make sure that if I have any shots in the morning, the cameramen know the plans,” he explained.
