Not impressed: Natalie Barr unleashes climate change protester blocking rush hour traffic for second morning in a row
- Protesters caused traffic jams in Brisbane on Tuesday
Sunrise host Natalie Barr has let loose on a climate change protester blocking traffic in Brisbane for the second day in a row.
The protester blocked the Port of Brisbane Road by hanging himself from a large pole, hitting the eastbound lanes and causing a series of cars to emerge behind them.
“The climate protesters are trying to tell everyone that climate change exists, obviously an important topic, maybe not now, although in the middle of Tuesday’s rush hour,” Barr said Tuesday morning.
“It’s amazing how much trouble one person can cause.”

The demonstrator has since been taken down by the police, but those on their way to work have already been delayed by an hour.
A 23-year-old woman was arrested on Monday after hoisting herself over the same spot.
