Sunrise hosts Natalie Barr and Matt Shirvington had to apologize after weatherman Sam Mac harassed tired early commuters on a Melbourne tram: ‘You’re a nuisance’
Weather presenter Sam Mac is known for his wacky segments on Sunrise.
But the funny man, 41, had a spectacular bust on Wednesday when he tried to interview sleepy morning commuters on a Melbourne tram.
“I mean, the friendliness just oozes out of every passenger when you walk by,” Sam joked as he tried to find someone willing to talk on camera during the live cross.
After a group of commuters quickly exited the tram as Sam approached, Sunrise presenter Natalie Barr was quick to joke about their colleague.
“That guy is like ‘Get him away from me!'” Nat said, while co-host Matt Shirvington joked that Sam was a “pest.”
