The lavish waterfront mansion that Donald Trump Jr. shared with his ex-Kimberly Guilfoyle will be a battleground between the recently divorced couple.
The former lovebirds bought the house in Jupiter, Florida – a 30-minute drive from Mar-a-Lago – in 2021.
But with Junior moving on with new flame Bettina Anderson and Kimberly who will be living in Greece for most of the next four years, the question is what happens to the $15 million Admiral’s Cove estate.
Don Jr. and Kimberly bought the property as tenants in common, with each owning a certain percentage that they can sell, transfer or mortgage without the other’s consent, making for a messy showdown.
“I doubt Kimberly likes the idea of Don Jr. moving his new flame into the house she worked so hard to build,” a confidante told DailyMail.com.
“And honestly, I’m not sure Bettina would want to move into the house where Don lived with Kimberly.”
It is believed that Kimberly has been staying in the 11,000 square foot home since the couple split.
But assuming she is confirmed by the Senate, she will become the United States ambassador to Greece sometime in the coming months, requiring her to live full-time in Athens, nearly 6,000 miles from her home.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, 55, and Donald Trump Jr., 46’s, $15 million mansion that they bought in 2021 will be a battleground for the recently divorced couple as their ideas about what to do with it differ
The mansion is an 11,000-square-foot home with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms that the former couple purchased for $9.7 million. The Admiral Cove estate is located in Jupiter, Florida
Don Jr was spotted with his new flame, Florida socialite Bettina Anderson, 38, when he publicly flaunted their relationship on December 9 after Anderson’s two-hour birthday dinner at local restaurant Buccan on Monday.
Meanwhile, Don Jr. nights in Bettina’s relatively modest three-bedroom home in West Palm Beach, which she bought in 2014 for $428,000.
But her house is only one-sixth the size of his Jupiter house and poses all kinds of security problems for his Secret Service protectors.
Don Jr, 46, and Kimberly, 55, bought the six-bed, 11-bath home for $9.7 million in March 2021 – two months after his father left the White House. It is now valued by real estate sites at more than $15 million.
They moved in amid uproar and fear among some neighbors that the then-president’s eldest son would cause security problems — even though it’s in a 188-home community.
Junior is said to have been drawn to the house because of its 3.5-acre lot, much larger than others in the Admirals Cove area.
“Only a handful of homes in the 188-unit community have that much backyard space,” real estate agent Rob Thomson, who sold the home, said at the time.
‘Don Jr. is a family man and his five children live nearby. There is more than enough space for the children.’
The couple had been dating since 2018 and got engaged the year after they bought the house.
The former couple was originally attracted to the mansion because of its 3.5-acre lot that was larger than other homes in the Admirals Cove area for Don Jr.’s five children.
DailyMail.com exclusively reported on the two’s budding romance in August, when they were spotted at The Honor Bar, a cozy spot in Palm Beach
Anderson and Don Jr. entered Belle & Maxwell’s Italian restaurant in West Palm Beach, Florida on December 6, 2024
On December 11, Don Jr reportedly took Anderson to Mar-a-Lago, where they briefly chatted with newly elected President Donald Trump and reportedly “paraded their love for all to see.”
Anderson herself has dropped not-so-subtle hints of romance, sharing photos of a romantic flower delivery in an Instagram Story, where she discreetly tagged her new boyfriend, @donaldtrumpjr, in the top left corner.
But the path of true love did not go smoothly for the couple and Don Jr. began hooking up with Palm Beach socialite Anderson this summer.

We confirmed it with photos of them holding hands after a two-hour dinner at local restaurant Buccan on Monday.
Then Don Jr. Anderson, 38, to Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday, where they briefly chatted with the newly elected president and reportedly “paraded their love for all to see.”
“He is enchanted by Bettina – her looks, her smarts, her heritage,” a Trump insider told DailyMail.com.
‘Now that Kim is out of the picture, the relationship becomes even more serious.’
The couple has since gone on a getaway
Bettina is generally seen as a better match for the past and future First Son. The former model’s effortless sense of waspish style goes over much better with the family than the tight, revealing dresses his ex is known for.
People magazine even claimed that Kimberly’s style was one of the main reasons why Junior fell out of love with her.
“The tight dresses have to go and she has been told that,” a source told the outlet.
The former couple is conflicted about what to do with the house, as Don Jr. moves on with his new flame and Kimberly will spend most of her time in Greece as their new ambassador.

It was widely believed that the incoming president decided to give Kimberly the job as ambassador to Greece as a way to get her away from his family after the split – and as a reward for her loyalty to him.
The news of Don Jr.’s new romance would have ‘dazzled’ Kimberly and the fact that she will almost certainly spend the next few years in Europe will be welcome for both.
She was only nominated for the post the day after DailyMail.com’s blockbuster photos debunked the fantasy that she and Junior were still a couple – even though they hadn’t been photographed together since mid-November.
It was widely believed that the new president decided to give her the job as a way to get her away from his family after the split — and as a reward for her loyalty to him since her days at Fox News.
“For years, Kimberly has been a close friend and ally,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Tuesday.
“Her extensive experience and leadership in law, media and politics, along with her keen intellect, make her uniquely qualified to represent the United States and safeguard its interests abroad.
Kimberly said she looks forward to “delivering on the Trump agenda, supporting our Greek allies and ushering in a new era of peace and prosperity.”
“It was the Greek-born democratic values that helped shape America’s founding,” she added. “And now we have the opportunity to honor that history by bringing better days here at home and abroad.”
Don Jr led the congratulations. ‘I’m so proud of Kimberly. She loves America and has always wanted to serve the country as an ambassador,” he tweeted.
“She will be a great leader for America First.”
