Summer House blonde Lindsay Hubbard reveals she bought a HOUSE to rent out… after broken engagement to co-star Carl Radke
Lindsay Hubbard sensationally revealed on Instagram this Wednesday that she had purchased a house in Nashville, which closed on escrow last week.
The past year has been a turbulent one for Hubbard, highlighted by her sensational broken engagement to her Summer House co-star Carl Radke.
Radke and Hubbard were scheduled to tie the knot in November, but he called off the wedding in August in a stunning move that she called “absolutely humiliating.”
However, she has now revealed that the second half of 2023 also had positive aspects for her, as she bought a property that she can rent out to fans.
“It turns out 2023 wasn't that bad for me after all… I bought a HOUSE, yeah!” she crowed. “But I won't be the one living in it. You do!'

Hubbard said, “If you're going to Nashville with a group of friends this year, you can stay at my rental starting in March.”
She added, “Giddy because #HubbHouse Nash is coming soon!! PS: This was my stack of paperwork from my closing last week!'
Her post was accompanied by a photo of her signing some of the necessary documents for the purchase – while fortified by a glass of white wine.
Hubbard was supposed to get married in November on Friday, November 17, before Radke shockingly called it off in August.
Hubbard spoke about her breakup during an interview with We weeklyand she described the way Radke ended their relationship as “absolutely humiliating.”
The duo, who were both castmates on the programme, got engaged in 2022 before splitting the following year.
The star said she was “completely blindsided” and noted that Radke had not given her any explanation for the split.
'He blew up my whole life. I cried, I was angry and I had to find a solution myself,” said the PR specialist. “Now I'm in a place where I'm really comfortable moving on.”

Hubbard described the turn of events as “absolutely humiliating” and claimed that Radke orchestrated everything with producers so that it would be caught on camera.
She added, “It's scary that (Carl) calls producers and then sets up cameras and manipulates me into sitting down (so he can break up with me).”
In November, the former couple spoke about their divorce during the Summer House cast panel at BravoCon 2023 in Las Vegas.
According to We weeklyThe panel's moderator, Brian Moylan, began asking Radke and Hubbard about their breakup, which he called the “elephant in the room,” and the latter spoke openly about the current state of their relationship.
“We don't really talk unless he needs to come to the apartment to get some stuff,” she revealed.
The reality TV personality also stated that she was “very nervous” and that she was “shaking” during the panel.
Radke tried to present a more optimistic front, and while he admitted that his separation from Hubbard was “emotional,” he was grateful for the support from Summer House viewers.
He said, “I'm just proud to be a part of this show and proud to be a part of Bravo and honestly love all these fans.”

Hubbard went on to talk about her decision to go ahead with her planned bachelorette weekend, during which she was joined by some of her friends and castmates.
“The Bahamas was such an amazing trip… these girls had my back,” she recalls.
The two concluded by sharing their excitement for the show's upcoming eighth season, with Hubbard stating that she enjoyed participating in “one of the most fun summers we've had.”
Radke and his former fiancée first met while filming the first season of Summer House in 2017.
The two briefly dated during the show's fourth season, although they eventually broke up.
The couple gave their relationship another try before the sixth series of Summer House began, and they got engaged during the show's seventh season.
However, the couple eventually went their separate ways, and their breakup will be featured in the show's eighth season.
