The 32-year-old actress and model covered up her postpartum figure with a boxy, oversized, navy blue blazer.
Waterhouse, who announced her pregnancy last fall, wore her suit jacket over a gray T-shirt and loose-fitting black pants with a subtle pinstripe pattern.
The Vogue favorite carried a quilted black leather bag over her shoulder as she wore sandals with socks.

On Thursday, she shared the first photo of her holding her baby on Instagram, which she shares with 37-year-old Pattinson.
“Welcome to the world angel,” Waterhouse captioned the Polaroid photo.
The couple has not yet revealed the child’s name, gender and date of birth.
Robert and Suki first reported the arrival of their little one last week when photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com showed them in LA with a stroller.

Waterhouse and Pattinson were first linked in 2018 and have largely kept their relationship out of the spotlight.
Suki announced her pregnancy at the Corona Capital Festival in Mexico City in November, where she showed off her burgeoning baby bump on stage.
“I thought I’d wear something sparkly today to distract you from something else I’m doing,” the singer said, pushing back her outer layer to move towards her stomach.
The actress seemingly confirmed her engagement to Robert when she debuted a Toi et Moi ring while out for a stroll in London in December.
