Sugar Bowl new kickoff time revealed after Georgia-Notre Dame game was postponed following NYE attack

The Sugar Bowl will reportedly kick off at 4:00 PM (ET) on Thursday following the deadly terrorist attack in New Orleans.

The College Football Playoff quarterfinal between No. 2 Georgia and No. 7 Notre Dame was initially scheduled for 8:45 PM ET on New Year’s Day.

But the game was pushed back halfway through investigation into the attack in which a man drove a truck into a crowd of New Year’s revelers in New Orleans’ French Quarter, killing 15 people.

According to ESPNthe match now starts on Thursday at 4pm.
