Billionaire chicken heiress Sue Ingham hopes for an $18million sale as she lists her lavish Sydney mansion

Sue Ingham has listed her glorious two-storey mansion in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

The billionaire heir to the Inghams chicken wholesale empire is hoping to rake in $18 million from the swanky Darling Point pad, which has gone on the market without a price indication.

The monumental building offers stunning views of the harbor and is located in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods. It has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Sue, the daughter of the late Ingham’s founder Jack Ingham, bought the house in 2009 for $7.8 million.

She now wants to downsize and ‘look for expressions of interest’ for the lavish ‘mansion’.

Agent Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty revealed Domain Thursday that the Inghams could get an $18 million sale for the property.

Built in the early 20th century and located 4km from the CBD, the house is a delightful blend of modern elegance with Old World charm and quirky style.

Highlights include a ‘Barbie pink’ front door opening onto a grand foyer, a swimming pool and a rooftop ‘viewing platform’ with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.
